All our services include a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet. For any additional Meet & Greet sessions, there will be a $25 fee.

When confirming your travel dates with us, please provide the Start and End times for when you would like us to be at your home or for when you will need our overnight service at our location. This information helps us prepare an accurate invoice for your payment and to be able to schedule other clients.

Notice for New Pet Sitting Services:
To ensure quality care, new clients are asked to provide 1–2 weeks’ notice before their first scheduled service. This allows time for a meet-and-greet, completion of required paperwork, and time for your pets to get comfortable with our team.
OVERNIGHT IN YOUR HOME
Looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet sitting service? Look no further! Our pet sitting service offers a comprehensive range of care options to ensure your pet is well taken care of while you’re away. We provide daily walks, tons of playtime, feedings, medication administration, plenty of pictures and videos throughout the stay and maintain a clean home environment.

But that’s not all—our service goes the extra mile by watering your plants, taking out the trash, and collecting mail or packages, keeping your home in great shape during your absence. Trust us to provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind for both you and your furry friends.

CUDDLES AFTER DARK

Overnight Rates(approximately 6PM to 7AM and a 1 hour drop-in visit between 12pm-1pm daily(14hrs):
$125 per day(up to 3 pets).
An additional $10 per day for extra pet.

24/7 SNUGGLE & STAY

24hr Overnight Rate which includes an Extended Check Out Time of 3pm($40 value)

PREMIUM OVERNIGHT BEACHSIDE BARKCATION

During their stay, your furry family member will enjoy ample playtime and socializing with our friendly dogs in a secure, fenced-in yard featuring High-Quality Anti-Bacterial artificial turf for a clean and safe play area. To ensure they feel completely at home, we’ve also included:

A dedicated Doggie Pee Station with a real Fire Hydrant

Filtered water refreshed every couple of hours

A cozy doggie sun bed for relaxing under the sky

A variety of toys for endless play and engagement

We know how important it is to maintain consistency, so your pet will receive any required medications, stay on their regular feeding schedule, enjoy daily walks around our beautiful area including our Private Beach, and have relaxing downtime on one of our many comfy dog beds.

Age, Potty Training, and Diaper Requirement:

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all pets in our care, all dogs must be over 18 months of age and fully potty trained. If a dog requires diapers, owners must provide them, and the dog must be comfortable with diaper placement. This helps us maintain a clean and pleasant experience for all our guests.

Our drop-in visits include a 30-minute session featuring playtime, walks (weather permitting), feeding, refresh water, medication administration, and plenty of love and attention for your pets.

Curly Tail Care Company (CTCC) Cancellation Policy:

At Curly Tail Care Company, we are committed to providing flexible, high-quality care while effectively managing resources during peak times. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and holiday surcharges:
​
1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will be released back into our calendar.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled appointment.
2. Holiday Bookings

For major holiday appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving the invoice to secure your spot.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the start date.

Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the reservation being canceled and the dates made available for other clients.

A 25% holiday surcharge applies 3 days post & prior to all major holidays.

So, we thought we would start a business that truly combines our passion with something that the community needs. We cater to both dogs and cats offering overnight stays or drop-in's. While house-sitting your fur babies we give them 100% attention and care for whatever needs they require. We also like to keep you informed throughout the day with pictures and even videos of how they are doing within our care. We absolutely love to stimulate your dog/cat both physically and mentally. Play and engagement are a HUGE part of our day with our dogs. Our number one action is to give your pet all the attention and love to enjoy their stay with us. We have cared for several dogs through the years, from adoption to fostering and even taking care of fur babies after surgery. LOVE and CARE is our number one priority if you consider using us for your house-sitting needs.

When I’m not with animals, I enjoy staying active, mentoring youth at church, and studying science as I work toward becoming a physician. Jax's journey from trauma to recovery symbolizes hope and the power of love and care. Alongside other cherished pets—Valentine, Pancake, Bambi, Cloe, and Condi—Jax inspired the creation of Curly Tail Care Company. The company embodies the belief that, even when broken, there's always something to hold onto, offering products and services to enhance the lives of pets and their families.
