Curly Tail Care Company (CTCC) Cancellation Policy:

At Curly Tail Care Company, we are committed to providing flexible, high-quality care while effectively managing resources during peak times. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and holiday surcharges:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

         If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will be released back into our calendar.​

• Payment & Scheduling Policy:
  The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that our sitters are scheduled specifically for your appointment, and last-minute changes may cause them to lose out on other opportunities. If any adjustments are made after the 7-day period, the client will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the original invoice.

     We appreciate your understanding and consideration in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process.

2. Holiday Bookings

• For major holiday appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving the invoice to secure your spot.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the start date.

  • Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the reservation being canceled and the dates made available for other clients.

• A 25% holiday surcharge applies 3 days post & prior to all major holidays.

Flea Policy:

At Curly Tail Care Company, nestled by the seaside, we take pride in offering a clean, relaxing, and pest-free retreat for your pets. To preserve this coastal paradise and ensure every guest's comfort, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fleas.

Seaside Stay Requirements:

• All pets must be flea-free upon arrival and actively protected by a veterinarian-approved flea prevention program.

• Pet owners may be asked to provide proof of current flea prevention to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

         Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We go above and beyond to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment at our beachside home. Our care spaces are:

• Meticulously cleaned using industrial steam carpet and furniture machines.

• Treated with safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions for both indoor and outdoor areas.
  This ensures a hygienic, pest-free environment where your pets can relax and enjoy their stay.

Flea Management:

• If fleas are discovered during a pet’s stay, we will take immediate action, including treatment and deep cleaning. Any associated costs will be billed to the pet owner.
